I have had several pm's and request to let everyone know how the situation turned out. Well it didn't. Same lying guy today as he was when he sold me the boat. After the last thread he did call me on 05-03-08 and apologized for the deal and said he wanted to make things right. I was cool with that and agreed he owed me something. He said he would refund my deposit and send me the carpet that went to the boat as well. Well one week went by nothing 2 weeks nothing. I called him and he said its all boxed up I'm sending a check today. So here we are 06-12-08 have not received a thing he won't return a phone call or email. So like I said the first time around BEWARE OF THIS CROOK. He is the shadiest guy I have dealt with. Pretty sorry for this business and sport.

Too bad Stacy isn't in Jersey, South Florida or anywhere in the Midwest. He'd be getting personal visits and first-hand exhibitions of displeasure. The last time this topic was up, all we saw from the Hampton Roads crowd was support for this tool.

Isn't there someone out that way that owns a set?

Just got off the phone with him. When he gets done eating lunch and meating with a customer it's game on. I think he said there would be a digital camera involved to help retain the future of the fax machine itself. ;)

I think this makes him look twice as bad calling and trying to play it cool and sound like he is sorry and did not know. Whatever he knew because when I told him all that I was keeping out of the motors and what is was going to cost which is the block and the crank he said you need to fix the headers as well they are leaking.:rolleyes::mad:

Its just so much worse to say your stepping up to the plate and going to take care of things and not do anything. He hasn't even sent the carpet that goes with it. I just don't understand how people like this can live with themselves by screwing people. Take some responsibility for your actions and man up. He would gain some respect if he would.

Nothing so much for him saying he is sorry and wants to step up to the plate I really didn't no. Whatever :rolleyes:pretty sad when his brother is wanted to try to clean up his mess which he has nothing to do with but knows right from wrong.
