Otis, you should have just wandered in and said hi.. In the fun I forgot to call ya, and I'm outta here @ Odark30.. Sorry I missed you this go around, but thanks for sharing the lake with us this weekend!!

bluellama 06-16-2008 06:54 AM

After making my first trip to Lake George, I'm not sure why I ...........
didn't do it sooner.
It was an easy 3.5 hour drive from Ottawa across the Ogdensburg New York border through Canton and Tupper Lake.
The Lake is beautiful, the people are great, and I will definetly be back..... :D

Otis, I am trying to figure out if I went the right way.
How long does it take you to get to Montreal?
I'm 1.5 hours from the West side of Montreal.

Two hours into Montreal. No easy way to get to hear from your location unless you got wings

I got home from the firehouse late and had workers waiting for me at m project house. I was gonna come back and find you but I heard you all leave the docks and new it was too late. I did get to see a few real nice boats on Sunday. I launched the pontoon and while backing out of Chics about 130 pm I saw this real nice black 3 seater with seating for two in front of the driver..almost like a bow rider... never ever saw anything like it before...it was a real eye catcher

The route I drove was very painless, and it would be lots of fun in something a little more sporty than the truck I was driving ..... :D

I was in the front seats of the black boat all day Saturday, it's sort of like a luge ride ..... :D :D

on Sunday about 100-130 ?? I was pulling out of Chic's in my hotrod toon with my wife. The driver in the Donzi stood up and was looking back at the outdrive as I was looking at the boat in admiration. Were you in the boat at that time ??

Scott B 06-17-2008 03:28 PM

Yup... I was the other fat guy in it ...We had just come back from a run to the top o the lake..

Without a visit with the noise police this time ;) ;)

Hey..... don't be so smug, I'm sure last weekend was one of the few times you were the "skinny" guy in the boat ... :D :D

Ride of the fat guys...

I was the fat guy in the front of that there bowrider on Sunday.

Amazing how every fishboat starts looking like the no-fun police on Lake Geo after awhile...
