those all look like nice options storm, but i just can't jusity spending that kind of money on a 25 0r 30 yr old hull...as of right now i'm leaning towards the checkmate, but we'll see what happens...i want drop out bolsters and a decent cabin

if anyone knows of anything for sale in my budget please post it!

I had a 22ft Checkmate and loved it. Fast, but didn't like Lake Michigan all that much. I don't think you will have that problem in a 28, also twins are better than singles.
