I Need a Lawyer?
Any Lawyers who specialize in Vehicle titles? I purchased a car back in 03/14/08 in South Carolina from a used car dealership. They cashed my bank check but never submitted payment to the floor planner, only to close the place down weeks later. So here I sit with a car and NO Title
I have been dealing with the South Carolina State Police. Who just today told me because and ONLY because I live in Pennsylvania they can't help secure a title for me. Apparently This place did this to several people who live in South Carolina, and they all received their titles already because they live within the state. Any Help Would Be GREATLY Appreciated. I'm not looking for a Freebie. I just want a Lawyer who can actually handle the case, and wants to.... |
Speak with the Attorney General in SC. The SP typically isn't too swift past overweight vehicles and speeding tickets.

I realized that today.
They assured me 2 months ago not to worry. they deal with this allllllll the time. Then today they say OH You live out of state. Geeee I been sending you documents since April and you figured that out today ? |
If you still need an atty I can put in touch with one of mine in Myrtle Beach

That happens in the car bis, to? I thought that was just a marine trick. Sorry to hear this and good luck, sucks , this chit goes on. Do you have the car?
|
Yes I have had the car since 3/14/08.
DollaBill can You send me his contct info? I might be better off with one in the state of SC as to one in Pa. Because the Dept. of Trans in SC even told me if I was a resident of SC I would have had the title by now. But I don't see why it should matter where I live. |
I'll pm you the info
