trc..
Sorry to hear your troubles.. I been through hell in the past 6 months to.. but.. report it to your insurance.. get it done,, get a replacement and let your insurance guys go after the shop.. 99.9 % of the time it's an "inside job" anyway..
The shop does has the responsibility.. even if they don't admit it.

You would think so wouldn't you. I doesn;t work that way in Indiana. If it's locked up inside their building, maybe, inside their fence, it's your insurance. We just delt with this issue. Insurance company, police, they all agreed.

Like Paradox said - Make a claim on your insurance and let them investigate the shop.

Sorry to hear that. I had my props stolen the day I picked mine up once. The shop did the sea trial and backed the boat up against the wall of the shop so close I can't even believe they got the props off. They probably would have got the drives too if out in the open. Fortunatly had the reg props on it. My good ones were safe at home. Drive / prop locks are a must. It may not stop them but will slow them down.

Sorry to hear this and I feel your pain but look at all the gas you're saving.

took them 7 months to install chargers and heads and your drive gets stolen as well? I would get my boat out of there asap!

I went round and round with Twin Disc, when my boat was in their fenced yard, ten foot high, with barb wire on top. I was having the transmission rebuilt, when everything in the boat was stolen. Twin Disc read the thread here on Oso, and said it had gone too far, that now they weren't going to deal with me. Needless to say, they did, when I pointed out I wasn't the one calling for their collective hides. After they tried that tactic, I got extrememly salty when talking to the VP in Jax. They ended up paying me for what I could remember was stolen. I still think it was a inside job.
