I'm sure if Double digit mental midget is such a expert at building street race cars he could put some kind of nitrous on his boat and do one of three things, either run 100 plus, have a violent crash or find the next weakest link on his boat-probably blow that alpha drive he's so proud of into ten million pieces of shrapnel-but who really cares,Smitty
Great post I never hurd of running for money, yeah you just sit out in front of marina's and wait for boats to come out and ask them to run for money yeah that makes sense. just never saw it happen, and since it was so hot he had nos on his boat use it.

Sounds like you need to stay off of the bay and look for a lake yourself. I generally don't let stuff get personal for a reason. Anyone that cares can go back and find my True posts, not your edited quotes and see what I put. All of this because I stated that "Not all boats need training wheels" to go fast.....

Again, I appologize for getting you all worked up over a couple of words. Have a nice day!

No, that's not true. TD provides us with something we all appreciate: a buffoon that we can laugh at and thoroughly abuse. If you're looking for useful technical insight, thoughtful commentary or inspiration...look elsewhere. This thread is pure entertainment, wrapped in eye-poking, nut-busting, foot-up-the azz fun. Enjoy it while it lasts...

you should really do a little research before you make comments. if you have to much timing in a motor you can pick up speed by adding weight...i never said 4-8 people i simply said by adding weight and never stated how much. i personally experienced this in the late 80's with my own 70 383 stroked camaro. we didnt have a timing light or time to adjust, added 150lbs of lead weight to my car and knocked off 2 tenths

So,
After reading another 1/2 of this thread, this is what I got out of this today:
TD did show and ran 87.? MPH, had a laundery list of excuses why he couldn't run "TRIPPLE DIGITS" and now no posts from the BIG MAN ON B. BAY, (TD). Why go thru all that BS pot stirring here on OSO, and then not run the boat to WOT, and prove your point?!
Did I miss anything?
Just another wanna-be. Well as Grandpa Ferry used to say, "Boy, either put up or SHUT up"! Another favorite of his was: "Boy, don't let your Alligator mouth, over load your humming bird A$$!!
