Presented with some tact and humility, I think most on OSO would listen to what anyone had to say.

I'm sure there are some great stories there, as well. Again, will depend on his presentation.

And that's all anyone asked him to do in the first place. No race challenges, no smack talk - just run the number and have someone there to verify it.

Looking forward to the pics and posts on Monday (or Sunday evening).

Most of all be safe TD. I'd rather have to eat a little crow on Monday and still be alive to talk about it than the alternative.

Tim, I appreciate what you are trying to do, and I'll try to listen to what you are saying, because you are well thought of by a bunch of people I know and respect in the boating Industry.....

But don't try to make poor Rich out to be a guy who just stumbled onto OSO last week, and got ate up and spit out before he learned the ropes.

He's been singing the same song for at least a year now, I went through the same bullsh!t with him last summer, until he realized I knew people who knew him, and they wouldn't back his claims up.

Where he tripped himself up this summer is after he started the same old tired bullsh!t, he caught the attention of a couple of local performance boaters.

The guys calling him out aren't in Canada or Miami this summer, they are in his own backyard.

I'm glad Rich Luhrs is going to get involved, but don't try to float the line that he'll run this weekend, then make an official run with T2x later in August.
As my Grandfather liked to say in situation's like this "Don't piss on my boots and tell me it's raining."

Trippy, run 100.01 MPH or disappear.....

It only takes 1 pole to change a sign board. However, it takes as many as 10 Polls to do it.

Now THAT would be a sleeper. Sleeps about 5 I think.

Help me out TD.

This was the second.

For what it's worth, the first one had only one good laugh in it. Yours had five or six. The fenders thing... I didn't piss myself, but I may have leaked just a tad. And "the whole big cow..." line killed. But the "...sleeper- sleeps about 5":. Too much.

Hell, for that, I'll pay your re-up.
