Nice!!!! Isn't that boat (Meanstreak) still for sale here on OSO? It's a shame that as hard as these Hustlers accelerate that they get so hard to hold once you get well above 100.....(I wouldn't know as mine has yet to break that infamous triple digit)

That is one of his old boats. He has had 4 slingshots. If it is named meanstreak.....it is one of his old ones. The one he has now is not for sale.

The bullet's are good running boats. Still not quite as fast as an Allison but pretty damn close. :evilb: :D

Those "100 mph" bass boats are about as common as those "100 mph" jet boats  :D

Sounds like a fun boat. Have you all given it the stopwatch test? What'll it do in 20secs?

You really can't step on it that hard. The first time the boat hit the water up in New York by Hustler, Joe attempted to nail the throttles. The boat stood straight up and layed over on the rubrail. I was in the back seat with my laptop on my lap. I ended up on the floor and my laptop went flying. Needless to say, we haven't done that again. You have to be real careful about how hard you stick the throttles. The minute you stop respecting that thing, someone will get hurt.

Great Story

Heck, most of what I get there is guys in Caravelles with checkerboard paint jobs. They brag about going 75 and then I spank them with my little X-18 that might get 72 on a good day.:evilb:

90's in a bass boat. That guy sports a big sack!

I still haven't been in the boat since I put on the new tubes. He told me it is much better. I also heard it from other people that have been in it lately. I really glad it helped. The boat is still un-nerving over about 110 mph. I don't know of anyone with a big enough ballbag or little enough sense to hang that thing out.

You hear that Eddie? Bad asses with eggbeaters on CH lake. I am thinking with that new engine you are putting in the 26 I won't get smoked by too many of them. :party-smiley-004:At least if I can keep it going in a straight line:eek: This guy will get my salute though!

We may need to get those training wheels coming in and I may need to grow some more sac.:D

Bill.......we will have to get you in Meanstreak for a sack stretching.:D I have a feeling that there are going to be a couple more big boats that are getting ready to have a coming out party here in short order.

Young Performance 06-24-2008 01:55 AM

If the boat handles all the power that the motor makes, then you will definetly need some training wheels.:D
