NJPPC A/C poker run was over the top this year

WOW it sums up the entire weekend!......We kicked off the weekend on Thursday at Toms River country club with a golf outing hosted by Joy from Marina 1 of Florida thank you Joy. Then we had cocktails from 5:30 till 7pm at the bar, so I started a little bit early got to the bar at 4pm (the rest is history). We then went to Typhoon SC where the Hot boats magazine rig was set up and the OL support trailer was on site. Typhoon put out a nice spread of food and did I mention an open bar. Party ended around 10:30 and a great time was had by all. Friday am we all met at the Lobster shanty for a top notch breakfast buffet, registration, checking out the boats, and last was the drivers meeting. (NJPPC did a awesome job at registration no lines well expedited). We got under way at 11:30 and had 3 groups 1 group in the ocean and 2 inside groups in the bays. Even though a few boat broke they made it to safety. We had a chopper in the sky with our own Tim Sharkey of sharkey-images.com shooting some awesome photos and our safety diver Glen who does a awesome job at every event. A special thanks to MONOC our safety team Glen, Rick & Jessica. We all arived in A/C docked and now were alowed to have cocktails, and man "O" man was Trump happy to see NJPPC we filled the deck bar and cash was flowing, we got our fill of drinks and food. 6PM kick off our dinner awards ceramony but not without the Pimp daddy himself, Dave P from OSO and President of NJPPC running a auction of some great stuff donated by yours trully a lot of great boat manufatures and some awsome marinas and service centers. We raised over $10,000- for our summer event Shore Dreams for Kids shoredreamsforkids.org. that tops last year. Then we all went and gambled at the casino or met at the lobby bar to chat. Saturday morning breakfast for all in the Harbor room overlooking all the boats just awsome. Some people departed for home while others departed for a fun run South to Margate where we went to Lunch had a good time and returned to A/C docked and hung out on the deck while listening to fack fest bands (imataiters of the original bands) they were good. Everyone kind of went on there own for dinner sat night and we departed Sunday morning around 10:30 am (WHAT A WEEKEND!)

The run was a blast! Even with the 5 1/2 hour trip down, we had one of the best weekends ever down there! Thanks again to everyone for making it a memorable event, even though I can't remember part of Friday night!:ernaehrung004 :

Thumbs up

I think you covered it all Joe ! Well said ...

It was great to see everyone again.

I HUGE thanks to the NJPPC for sponsoring the helicopter for the day's event.

Dave P for transportation during the golf outing and Anthony Sauta for his extreme generosity of opening up his Outerlimits for myself and my equipment.

A special thanks to Joy of http://www.onemarinaplace.com/ for making it well worth coming to the golf outing.
Everything was top shelf and I could not have asked for a better day off from my day job! (All Golf Outting pics to be online some time tonight or tomorrow.)
