We should hit up some of the marine/cruise lines for some dough. Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Carnival, Holland America, Costa, MsC... They're basically ALL HQ here.
Probably 75%+ of global cruising is run/operated out of the South Florida area.

Marine Stadium Named to World Monuments Fund 2010 Watch List
The Marine Stadium has been named to the World Monuments Fund 2010 Watch List along with other sites such as Macchu Picchu and the Center Cities of Buenos Aires and Old Jerusalem.

Great atricle in the Spring issue of Preservation Magazine. Lead photo shows the contrast between the grafitti covered stadium with the sparkling Miami skyline in the bkgd. Then
they mention how City of Miami officials fabricated a story how it was damaged by Hurricane Andrew but never was ... just an excuse to raze it.

that parkour video is pretty cool, kinda gives a good visual tour of the place.

Kinda' like how they nixed the Orange Bowl, and how great the Marlins park was going to be... $1B+ later, look what the Marlins owner did, and Miami is on the hook...
