We should hit up some of the marine/cruise lines for some dough. Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Carnival, Holland America, Costa, MsC... They're basically ALL HQ here.
Probably 75%+ of global cruising is run/operated out of the South Florida area.

Great atricle in the Spring issue of Preservation Magazine. Lead photo shows the contrast between the grafitti covered stadium with the sparkling Miami skyline in the bkgd. Then
they mention how City of Miami officials fabricated a story how it was damaged by Hurricane Andrew but never was ... just an excuse to raze it.
