Be very glad you had the good sense to end your pain quickly! I have been through a similar situation, and it gets VERY expensive if you wait it out.

So rg if i make a quick imprmptu trip south are you going to show me the sights in So Fl. I have done the norm, sobe, t-boat row tnt etc. Actually I had a frriend call me today interested in a boat and I thought of the 50 Nortech at tnt if you could have Pete cal me so i can get some paticulars.
