plexiglass help

Guys, Ive been trying to get the scratches out of my plexiglass and lexan windshield..(if thats what you call the stuff).. It is a snap on enclosure that keeps the rain off us when out. The problem was over winter we had it down and it rubbed many marks on the lexan windshield as well as the back side of the plexi..We have since rolled it up and now the sun has damaged it in a few areas.. What can be done..Thanks..A few pics to give you some idea.

McGuires makes a plexi cleaner that is really safe.
Flitz is a step up from there.

I used stuff on the Viking and Ocean that came with a drill bit attachment. It was a total restoration type cleaner, but I can't remember the name to save my life.
