Winterization
 
If you had your boat winterized last fall and never got it out of storage this summer, would it need to be done again this fall:confused:

I would take it out and burn at least the fuel thats in it. The fuel will not be any good after 18 months and IMO, it would be more work to deal with getting the old fuel out than to rewinterize.

Thanks for the reply, it only has about 15 or 20 gallons in an 80 gallon tank. Just was not wanting to pay to have it winterized all over again if I did not get it out or start it...

Sorry to bring that up this early in the year:eek:.. Just starting to thinking it may not even get out of the garage this year:(.. I have actually been trying to sell it...

I agree......Anyhow, boats sit for years and never get re-winterized.
