We had to let you win one this year Besides you have Bob Bull's new 47 MTI with the Big Merc's and Tranny's to run...

Seriously, Dave.....Those "GEICO killers" look beautiful ...my guess is 2200- 2400hp ..keep em nice and shiny for LOTO Nationals and be as safe as you can while still hangin it out ..got it. .We'll miss hanging out with the "blue crab" this weekend but as you know we have sponsor commitments in NY, a boat Show in Tampa this coming weekend.

As for our Mystic T55 boat....it's just not ready to compete yet. Turning it from a drag boat into an offshore boat has been quite a challenge. We should be ready for Chattanooga though.

Best of luck to all the competitors this weekend.

I have heard a few people
saying that the course is going to be 2 miles long.
( instead of the previous 1 mile)

Any body else hear that ??

I saw something in this months powerboat mag.
about it, but it sounded more like they were talking
about the overall course ( including staging and shutdown)

I think that includes the overrun area. I used to have a copy of the map they used for the regatta permit but I must have deleted it, can't find it anyway.
