One of my customers just had 50 gallons sucked out of his 30ft Liberator on Lake Cumberland last week. He had it on his lift.

They will still get at it, boats are not secure at all and they will just find a way to either get at the fill or supply lines and cut them.

I was out of town for 4th of july weekend and left my truck parked in my driveway, someone cut my filler hose and drained the tank while I was gone. I had just filled up the morning before I left so when I came back I didn't even look at the gauge, 300 yards up the road she stumbled and died on me. 200 bucks worth of diesel and a giant PITA to get her primed up again, I would shoot the mother f'ers in a second if I had caught them.

My girlfriend said I should get a locking cap for my truck. I said now they drill the tank. I would rather replace the little bit of gas I keep in it than to replace a tank too. I only use my truck to pull my boat to a ramp about 8 mile away. I probably never put over 1/2 a tank in it.
