Clark and I are going to stay within walking distance to the festivities, and not 6 or 7 miles away at one of the Sterling Companies' condo properties.

The certificate is still good, and its worth about $1100 bucks if you get a 3 bedroom. I'll sell it for $400 bucks if anyone is interested. PM me, and we'll make sure you can book with the certificate before we finalize.
