Hope you dont get too much crap for saying that, but I believe many agree with what you are saying. Imagine a class like SVL or Cat outboard getting resources like this!!!

on that note they get a lot of expousure for thier sponsor, but it sure doesnt make the rates go down.!

There are indeed too many sanctioning bodies and too many classes, but I don't see how you can blame the Geico team for that.
