Skater fuel tanks

can anyone advise on fuel tanks on early model skaters 1990 and up? I have been told that all 32s made during that time will have to have tanks replaced? is it best to go back with epoxy tanks as skater does when they redo them or aluminum? any body had tanks replaced? what was the cost ? thanks

Do what Skater recomends!!I had mine re-done last winter.I would not think about anyone else doing the job.Take it to Skater! The cost Was $5,000 which is a hell of a deal for the amount of work involved.

There was an artical a little while back about tanks and Ethanol
Even the E 10 was eating up some non metal tanks

Will all the skaters eventually have tank problems as they increase the amount of ethenol in gas or just certain models? thanks
