Cool 32' Skater Face Lift

Well we been working on this SKATER 32' at Face It Boat Reconditioning, Motors came out, interior came out new color with imbrodery going in, fiberglassed all the holes in, dash also, dash lookes cool with no holes, scoops for the motors, new carpet, body work---- sanded/blocked--sanded/blocked--sanded/blocked--- my fingers are bleeding. Going new 2-part apoxy on sides, top and back. Gelcoat on bottom, this boat will be ( FAST ) Can't tell you what motors, going in. Were shooting the sides this Sat, then I get to sand/block/sand/block/buff. Top Next week then shoot, sand/block/sand/block/buff. I'm going home. Talk tomorrow.

Sound's like you do alot of the same kinda stuff that we do!! Play's hell on the old finger tip's don't it!!

Unhappy poor boat

It's really a shame that you are chaning the AGITATOR that much, it will never run the same. That was one of the best balanced boats of all time, sometimes you should leave well enough alone. I hope the drives hold up with the blower motors because #4 drives are tough to get parts for. Just my.02

well ryan the boat needed a facelift and that just the way it is. i talked to peter at skater and i got the scoop on the set up and it will run hard and be balanced right. it has 5's now and they will hold it. see ya charlie amann.

Well the sides are shot, smooth, flat & white. Got a nice buzz at the same time.

the sides look great and it will be ready for rigging soon i will post picks soon should be a real looker with the new/old agitator designs. LOOK OUT BOYS!!!
