Yeah,
It's sounds like a boaters victory but it may just anger the Giant Mananazi Club and make things even worse.
Hopefully though, this will start the momentum for boaters rights.

I see a few last summer down KW swimming about 50 ft from the race course. I guess thank god no one else seen them

I saw one in Roch Hall Maryland last summer. Of course everyone else was at the bar. It came up right next to the boat at the dock. They all think I'm crazy, but I saw it.

We were fueling at Spinnaker when a huge Mofo came cruising by right next to the boat.
