ApachePete owned and raced Allez Vite when that video was taken.........maybe he will chime in and tell us? Another question....what was the performance difference between the C&G 850's and the Merc 1000's? I believe Allez Vite could eclipse 100 mph. It was also one of the first offshore powerboats to employ the K Drive (possibly WarHawk was first) which later became Mercury Racing's VISSM. Impressive powerboat, then & now!
