hind sight is 20/20 . I guess you should have gone to the bank with the guy to clear the outstanding lien. Hope this works out alright and I hope all members read this thread. Sometimes the exitement clouds your better judgment.

when i bought my top gun Key bank had the loan, so i called them and asked them if they wanted to do my loan, they said No Problem, i thought it was a easy way out, with no problems

I would be worried. Hopefully, there is a good reason why you haven't gotten your title but I would start taking some of the steps the other members have suggested. Good advice.
