Thanks Craig, I appreciate it. With all the dealers and brokers around, its good to have some info on them first! I know it's hard to believe, but I've heard there are some (gasp) dishonest boat dealers out there!:D

Second vote for OP. They are REALLY taking off in Sonic and Cig sales, with 3 locations open now, and they represented both manufacturers at the Miami Boat Show. Hugh Pollack and Harry Judge will take good care of you.

If I was in the market for a new Cigarette, I would buy it from Phil at Lipship in Miami. I`ve never met a more dedicated boat dealer in my life. It would be worth the phone call and the trip.

Good luck,

Kurt.

I have dealt with Lip-Ship in Miami before and they are fantastic. If you are looking for a Cigarette you need to give them a call.

Call Bob Carlson at Martin Marine. I spoke to him today and he has a Gladiator coming in that is at an unbelievable price! He's also a great guy to work with. 800 368 3511

The one at the Miami boat show was in the 190K range. That was one awesome looking boat. I like the way they had it displayed. The Cig setup was a magnet for the folks there. The paint work was tops. DMAN2

Thanks for all the replies everyone!
Donziman, did you get a good look at the cabin and cockpit? What did you think?

DONZIMAN2 03-05-2002 01:25 PM

There is no cabin. The cocpit looked cool. It had no rub rail and the paint was perfect. Which is normal on the Cigs. The bolsters were the sit down type. The boat was displayed up in the air and folks could not get on it. The Glad is a unique peice. The Cig website is a good place to look at the details. Again there are foks on this site who are more familiar than me. My impression is the Glad is a special purpose offshore performance package built for racing and Poker Runs. It is similar in concept to the new Donzi F2 boat. The Cig guys can fill in the blanks. Good luck on your search and decision. DMAN2

I'm buying my Top Gun from martin marine in Ft Lauderdale so far they have been great to work with. 1-800-368-3511. Also my experience with Dave Hunter(the painter) has been fantastic!!! can't wait to see my TG finished.

I think the 36 Gladiator at the Miami show was a Lip Ship edition Cigarette with custom paint.
You should call Phil, he will hook you up.

tell him Kurt sent you.
