.....people, gas, gear, boat-soda's, etc. on a typical day on a typical weekend of 80+ degrees is......

Never really gave it much thought.


Lets see....

passengers........................................ ........370
that's the wife, grandson and myself

full cooler............................................ .......60

misc stuff............................................. .......20

full fuel tank....43 gal times 6.5 lbs/gal = 279.5 lbs

Grand Total............................................. .749.5 lbs.


Man, I gotta cut out some weight!!

Guys 3 x 170 = 510
Girls 5 x 105= 525
Cooler = 50?
gas 50 x 6lbs=300

= 1385lbs

No wonder I have a hard time planing off

boys weekend
me=180lbs
crew=800 lbs
76gals=476

dam,i might get 90 out of her if i just kick everyone off the boat

you may have overlooked your cooler calculation. I find when the boys are out there tends to be a heavier cooler...well then again theres usually more girls too. Hmmm go figure.

Huh, min'es different, kinda opposite...

Me and a couple guys....probably 1200 lbs. Gas and men. Couple beers they got from the coolers still sitting on the beach might be in the boat if they grabbed one "to go".

Me and the wife....with all the crap she brings along about 7,000 lbs. of towels, crackers, cards, games, food, clothes to change, chairs, umbrellas...........

That's the way it works once you're married I suppose.....

Tantrum, you MUST be single...LOL! Guy's can't drink as much weight in beer as all the crap women bring along. That much boose would kill a 500 lb man.

Im in the same situation with fever, but an extra 300 lbs. of beach toys, and the dog.
