My condolances go out to the families and friends of these men.

I have learned Phil was racing when I did so I would indeed have known Phil when if had meet him. God Bless them both.

Phil and Kevin will be laid out together at Fairchild Funeral Home in Manhasset, Tuesday & Wednesday, 3-5, 7-9.

Mass is at St Peters on Thursday AM.
