Damn Economy
 

Hey guy I've been away for a while so If this one has been beaten to death I'm sorry?? How is everyone out there doing with this messy economy? I'm in the high-tech staffing business and am getting Killed.....seems like there are a ton of guys looking for work and not enough jobs!! Just curious.....Is there any end in sight?????????

I am an AS/400 EDI developer ... been on a salaried job for the past 4 years ... contracted for 14 years prior ... I had the urge to start looking for contract work ... after I told the agents what I make on salary, they told me to stop looking, put a smile on, go back in that office and play happy.


So that's what I did:rolleyes:

I work for a major Bank,.....Things look grim to say the least in the IS Department. IT personal do not make revenue, so they are the first to go! Not to mention the high salerys.


Wish I had good new's:(

I`m in the garbage business.
