what are you paying for boat storage?

what is everyone paying for boat storage and what is a good price? have a guy who wants to charge $200 a month for his warehouse? they store exotic cars there and have a security... is this a good deal??

BUIZILLA 09-07-2008 03:11 PM

how much space are you taking up?

BDiggity 09-07-2008 03:15 PM

$65 mo in the caves in kc. secured facility, covered & natural temp controlled so no need to winterize.

Unless its a a boat mfg's facory storage, Ill never store in an open facility again. Too many nicks, chips, unauthorized moves, and block ins with no one around to get their crap out of the way do that again.

Im paying 450 a month for a 45deep 15 ft wide/25 ft high space.

Big enough to store 29 foot & a 21ft boat, or a 21 footer and a 23 ft toyhauler. It has 24 hour surveillance and power with an electric door and lighting (not cimate controlled but the area has practically no humidity & is hot)

Too much, but after being ripped off and losing a lifetimes worth of tools AND a stage 3 basnhee AND 2 sea doos, Id rather have security now. Cheap was to expensive.

At the same time I send the bill to "Davecorp"- a division of funco inc.
