My lady might have to go.

Medical issues may force me to sell my lady.
I wanted some consensus of how much she may worth, since I didn’t buy the Avanti as “one package”.
Hull and interior finish was done and purchased from Avanti. Motors and drives from Cobra and final rigging done by Lightning Bay. New Ace 15000# tri axle, alum. trailer. So here’s the specs.
2008 Avanti 33 hull. 24oz FG hand laid. Original hull design by Arronow (Coyote Beep Beep racing with later mod to shorten the hull to 33’ 3+”). Custom paint, Racing spec’d gas tanks (2 @ 125 gal ea. Racing style filler cap) All Gaffrig gauges, blue bezels. Color GPS, Imco full hydraulic ITS steering. (both power steering motor pumps are hocked up in series). 2007, 525’s Bravo XR’s with ITS. Sport master shorties, lowers. Warranty until Dec. 08. K-planes, 28” and 30” labbed bravos. Mid 80’s on GPS. Teague sea strainers, built in motor flush, full pump out head, SST sink, etc. typ. interior, Macloud electric bolsters. Docking lights. Sony 1000 watts AMP, CD. 6 powerful speakers. LED lights all over cockpit and motor compartment. Mirrored hatch. 26 hours on hull about 90 on motors. Great rough water boat, but she might have to go. Used 2006, NADA w/ 500’s (no 525’s in NADA book) $190,000 plus trailer plus misc. add ? $’s for 2008.?
Some one will get a sweet deal but I can’t just give it away. I know the market but I can’t see the boat sitting in storage for 4-6 months. Miss her already just thinking about the possibility of sale. (late Oct.)
So how much?
Thx .. P

Sucks to have to sell. Weird boat = less dollars.....190K not in a million years. 33 ft boat with 525's on a trailer maybe 125K. Look at other 33's used with 525's to get a handle on the current market. As a low the 06 35 Fountain w/525's at National was asking 91K. Boat had less than 100 hours.

Hope everything turns out OK with your health, and the boat! Saw you at the Emerald Coast Run Sat. afternoon when you picked up, we were the seaweed Scarab at the launch with the busted outdrive. Boat looks absolutley awsome in person, I love the paint! Good Luck.

I will indure, regroup and get the health stuff fixed. (hopefully)
I hate to see the boat go,, but.. well let's just leave it at that. Hope it won't come to that, and I can keep doing the Poker Runs.

Sorry to hear about your health, I know you went through hell putting this thing together. I'd still like to see it next time I get down. Krystal, not the same boat as the Miami CC's. Totally different company.

Thanks Bow.. Yeaah... I had some rough times getting it done, mostly BS stuff and dealing with some chity people... but some good times to, once it was running and I was able to play and experiment. Now that I got it all dialed in.. well will see what happens.. She performed awsome at the Sarasota run. I'm already signed up for KW.. I hope I can do it and able to keep this babe.

Sorry to hear about the health issues and wish you the best of luck with it. The Avanti sounds like a nice well thought out piece. Do you have pics you can post?

That is an awesome boat. I really hope whatever health problams you may be facing subside quickly and you are able to keep and more importantly enjoy your beautifull boat for as long as you originally intended.
God Bless bro.

Just for a comparison, my Super hawaii is a similar situation. It's a very unique, cool boat, performs great with a great heritage. But, because of very limited numbers and no currrnet production,I got mine for about 25% less than comparible boats and expect to get the same when I sell it.
Good luck with both issues. Nice looking boat.
