Thanks formula 382, If it was not for all the people from all over the country we would still be without power. Centerpoint (Houston area power company) had at the end of the storm only aprox 113, 000 customers had power and over 2 million were without. I have lived in Houston since 1967 and we have never had this big an area without power.

I was down to Bolivar Monday and it is looking like maybe in a week or 2 we will have power at our house.

Formula 382, why were the bucket trucks parked at night with their buckets in the air? Monday night I had driven by 3 different staging areas and all the bucket trucks had their bucket up.

So we can check out the HYD system in the morning. Oh yea and we have tools in the bucket and it's harder to steal with the bucket in the air. Everybody that show up for these storms Volunteer to live in tents with no power and cold showers. That does not always happen but it can and we know that when we leave home. We have slept in our trucks until we found lodging. If your tooth hurts see a dentist, if your lights go out see a lineman . We all are glad to help in others time of need.
