My buddy just pick up a '94 24 Outlaw (excellent condition) rack stored is whole life... with a brand new '08 aluminum trailer for 12K - (only has the base 7.4 330hp) but other wise a nice boat with good colors. With the mag & yours a few years older I would guess not more than 10-12K
