It is a 28 Vamp. They run mid 90s. Ask Chris Riendl he has a couple of the 28s.

To help narrow it down, its not the green one running around the lake st clair area.

the one in the second clip is/was for sale at lake cumberland marina. The 28 are probably the funnest boat you will ever run.

Forum member C_Spray has a true Ocke Mannerfelt B28. I have personally ridden along on it during a poker run a few years back . It is VERY fast and the wings are functional. :)
