17 pages, 331 replies, and 18,762 views. I would say it worked. Just my .02, but how many guys have bought cars over the years because they did well in Nascar, NHRA, LeMans, etc. Reputation on the race track goes a long way. Even though we all know that the car you buy at the dealer has nothing in common with the car out on the race track. The racetrack has always been the testing ground for cars, engines, and suspensions. Many of the innovations that started on the racetrack have found there way into our daily drivers. I am guessing that is the same with race boats and technology. I love to see the latest in HP boats at the PR's mainly because I can't make it to the races. Gives me an idea of what is the latest and greatest. Much better that a boat show.

seek and destroy and stealth...looks to me the only thing they have been seeking and destroying is the buffet table, and stealth is now that they got their ass's handed to them twice, they stealth it on the trailer and head out...

You also have some valid comments and I enjoy your angle, input and opinion.

Per your offer, i'll take the bet, please post Skaters financials.

Douglas Marine Skater, is a privately help company; as such financials are not generally made public.

Fountain; however, is a publicly help company, and the SEC mandates that financials are made public.

Reggie and company, have been around a very long time, and have navigated through troubled waters before. I fully expect them to continue to dominate the V-bottom race market, for many years to come. They also make a very nice, hi-perf, pleasure boat.
