Value of 2 Merc 150 OB's?

I have no experience with outboards, but have come across a couple of Merc 150's for cheap - one is saltwater & one isn't. Just curious what the value of them are - ranges are good. If they are good & running value? If they are bad or need rebuilt value?

What year are they? EFI or Carb
