I thought that the Powerboat Magazine was a L.S. 38' Scarab, while the C.A.M. Special was the narrow beam (8') 39' Cigarette. - I have old pix somewhere of the engine compartment of the 38' Scarab that I saw during a race in S.F. way back when.
