They would be worth a lot more if they had a boat slip for a boat over 18 foot, were in a no wake zone and or were on a main part of the lake and not a small narrow channel.

At least they have water in that part of the lake right now.

The Watermark condos are going from 300k for a 1500 sq ft up to 800k for the penthouse and I believe it is 3000 sq ft.

Watermarke Condos are down to 159k for a 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom and 259k for most of the 3 bedrooms. I love it here dispite my boats hanging out of the slips.

My parents have a lake house for sale(about to go on market) on Hartwell.Brand new double dock in a cove and something like 150' of waterline.Should be in the mid to upper 400k.
