I'm not sure of the lineage of the boat or what kind of power it has, but Mark at Visual Imagination the painter of the Original Speed Racer's made up some vinyl for the Customer over in I believe Norway. He said the guy wanted his boat to look the same, I don't get it but you wouldn't have to worry about running into the real one...

ya we had speed there for the NJPPC Rendezvous on the Chesapeake and also a couple of weeks later for Rock the Bay poker run. The boat in the video is not paint it is a vinyl wrap sticker. AKA copycat.

I think there were three speed racers at least.
-The original a 42 or 44 that we saw at the Miami boat show three or so years back that is now I think in NJ
-The one in Europe in this video
-There was a 39 that raced in Supercat light rigged with #6s and 525's that is for sale unrigged at Pier 57. I think it is the one in the Putfile Video linked here and also here racing in KW in 2007.

I might be wrong some other people here are much more knowledgable about MTI's
