Boat storage fire in Maine

Where about was that?
Anything salvagable? Engine Blocks, etc?

Several friends lost their boats last week in a terrible fire. In the building was the 92 Cig that a buddy and I picked up in Chicago several years back and did a full resto.
Also lost was a board members 37 OL, A sweet '07 Top Gun, a 45 Sonic that had not even been wet after a total re-power and paint and another friends '07 292 Formula.
Just amazing that there was so little left of these incredible machines.

I was always curious how insurance works with these storage facilities, we've never stored a boat. So do you basically hope your insurance covers it, or the facilities? Or is it like valet parking where its "at your own risk"?
