I am going to try some woody wax stuff I think, we have some badly corroded alum wheels on equipment at work from acid. The guys at the boat show claim it should work. I will let you know if it does.http://www.woody-wax.com/store.shtml

Why not try some of the aluminum wheel cleaners. Allot of them use the Muriatic acid and are already diluted, plus they come in spray bottles ready to use.

I AM THE OWNER OF SOUTH FLA TRAILERS DO NOT USES ACID IT WILL STAIN THE ALUM USE SOS PAD SOAP ON IT . GO WITH GRAIN OF THE ALUM .JAY CASTALINE 954-966-0580 OF SFT
