I wouldnt, i would give the guy alot of respect for maning up to his error and making it right, its never too late to do the right thing

The good news is that once you file his credit will be ruined and it will stay that way untill the judgement is paid up. Now if he relies on loans for his business then it will cost him dearly for increased loan costs.

I asked on another board..is this the same guy that was trying to expand his auto business by opening in other locations by getting funds from members promising a return..Thanks JEFF
