Default Trim Switches on a Steering Wheel

Has anyone used trim switches that are mounted on the steering wheel? I like to adjust my tabs when conditions change when either going WOT or in the rough. I just don't like taking my hands off the wheel to adjust the tabs. I saw some Dana Marine Steering Wheel mounted switches and I like the idea, just wondering if anyone has any experience in using them.

thanx
