What's the deal with the OSO Gladiator at finish line off of 95 and pembroke rd ?.. Saw it yesterday

Probably there for an interior? It was being redone by a mid-atlantic guy that bought it from Steve.

I know the owner and he has it being redone to match up to his 38 TG. He lives in the Va Beach area.
