Even Better Deals on Cruisers Than Hi-Perf Boats

Before anyone jumps on me for this being in the forums rather than the classifieds, two things: #1: We advertise on this site. I am having trouble with the classifieds.
#2 Someone may miss this because it is non-performance.
We took in a clean 42 Sea-Ray Sundancer 1989/1990 with 3208 Cat Diesels. 800 freshwater hours. We are selling it for $57,500. Anyone with cash can steal the boat right now. http://www.doublerperformance.com/ga...dex.php?cat=60 . Anyone want to slow down a little?:drink:

Is 60k cheap for a 20 year old boat with 800 hours?
Seems like it should much less.

The least expensive one on the net other than mine is a salty for $69,900. More than half of the asking prices are over $100k. As far as hours go, for that type of boat/engine package, 800 is very low. From what I've seen, you can't even sniff at a freshwater piece in this price range.

Yes, cruisers prices are sinking like the titanic, I turned down four trades this past year because I didn't want to take the cruiser in on trade. I flat told the customers, I can't offer you anything even close to what you will want.

Sadly, a few months after one guy came in, he came back in and wanted to give the cruiser to us. I still turned it down, I told him to put it on craigs list. Granted it was a 1977, but still.
