Very Very Clean
Ive been studying these pages a while, in my very humble opinion this is some of the cleanest rigging work Ive seen. Ultra Sanitary and tight-incredible.
Too bad that guy didn't give you a larger engine budget, but the engine dress and detailing is simply great as well.
