Mike Allweiss usually has a full case load for similar boating accidents.

Yes, the problem is almost always, ignorance !! Ignorance on the lack of knowledge of how to operatethe boat, or too busy to go to school and learn. There are some that are just plain mistakes and accidents though...

AMEN!!! There are some A$$holes out there that just want to sue just to try and make a point even if nothing was done wrong! Kinda like they have a hidden agenda of their own or they are all screwed up in the head or something!

You hit the nail in the head right there. I just sat in on a cival deposition where a guy got confused, stopped on the train tracks and got hit (killed) by an Amtrak train. Lawyers for Amtrak and GM (he was driving a GM) were there because the family was suing both.

Dipsh!t, screws up and gets taken out and somehow it's amtrak and Gm's fault!?
