Anyone know the 40 Skater for sale on IAAI? Looks cheap.

it was listed on OSO for a loong time - sat outside uncovered, down in Fla at a car dealership if I remember correctly.. auction closes in 2 min at $5100.00

the bilge was stained with higher standing water marks. If there was any seepage into the balsa over that length of time - it's cheaper to make it a 40ft lawn ornament. If the hull is good it was a steal even with having to re-do the tanks.

Either way, the boat appears to have crossed the block - someone bought a 40' cat trailer and they through the hull in

Depends. Was it just pre bud to that figure? Live auction starts after prebid. I will try and check.
