What boat is this? Awesome little boat!

Saw this boat at TNT. I love it! I have no idea what it is but i would love to buy it or one like it. It has Apache badges but I'm sure it's not. Its very small, maybe 16 or 18 feet. It is finished beautifully! Sorry for the crappy pics! New 5 Megapixel phone! Go figure!
