Nice job Tyson. Here are some shots of the ones I built a few years ago. I have done quite a few for other people and have had great luck with them. I made these out of 300M and made them considerably larger at the end near the bolt. I also carried some of the thickness through the middle where the stock one was necked down. Like you, I went to some different bearings. Didn't mean to hijack, sorry.

Tyson, can you PM me pricing for the 2 sets? If i can't break them, they are bullet proof!

You need to try the trannies as well. Best thing I've ran into since I've been poker running. Make life a little less stressful.

My weakest link by far.

Mercury makes the coupler out of carbon fiber....I am getting those.

Actually it's PEEK plastic with carbon fill. This is what ours is as well. You can't interchange them either, different dimensions. If you use Merc's with our SC's, you'll break them because you don't have enough depth on the dows.

Have you done anything with that piece of crap, plastic coupler that break constantly?

Those POS plastic pieces are PEEK plastic with 30% carbon fill. Your not going to break these. The one's you broke previsiouly was made of Grivilory HTV with glass fill. Nobody has broken the PEEK units to date, which is just over a year now. They have a P scribed in them so you know the difference. You had both Lysholm (lower grade plastic) and then our Grivilory break, not the PEEK. Also, we installed longer dow pins on your drives to get equal torque distribution.
