All the posts so far are all about the poor passenger, not one worrying about the boat? I zoomed in on the footage and I think I saw marks on the top of the windshield molding. Whos going to fix it? If he had been watching the water along with the driver he would have known oh crap hold on and get low the glove box is typically padded and makes for a much better landing pad for the face. I've abused my spouse a number of times in similar senarios and have to honestly say neither of us have marred the boat or ourselfs, knock on wood.

Boat was running real nice. You can see the driver loosened it up right before that happened. That's what happens when the helicopter is running next to you...Get a little lost in the moment

I wonder how long the guys' face was jacked up after the face plant?
Passenger rule no 1. "Always pay attention"
Passenger rule number 2. "Read rule 1 again"
That Sunsation mishap a while back was on Brightcove.tv which I think has been shut down.

LUCKY! VERY!!
A member here put his buddy in a permanent coma a couple years ago with a move similar to that.
Also, Emerald Coast Poker Run--East Pass--ring any bells? That one is on video too; and cost a passenger a pelvis.
It's interesting how a helicopter affects boat handing skills.
