I've got a 94 Fountain 38 Fever with less than 150 actual hours on the hull, all original and in excellent condition. Has 2 new MER Performance 565 CI Carbed engines that dynoed just under 700 hp each. MER just finished with it today, took it out and sea trialed it and called me to pick it up. It's ready to go, surveys welcome, dyno sheets available, all original books and paperwork available. PM if interested. We don't really know what you're looking for in a boat. Where do you boat? Inshore? Lakes? Offshore? How important is wave crushing? How important is a nice cabin? How important is top speed? I'm sure people could carry this out to a couple of hundred replies, because there are at least that many decent deals that meet your 3 requirements of 29' min, HP500 min, and under $75K.

My 2 cents would be to look at a Cigarette Bullet or Cafe Racer, or even a Top Gun. All are proven and have some great deals for buyers. 5050 did say he would sell his in the $40s. Carter38 also has 2 Bullets for sale that are sweet. And there is one with red/black tribal graphics that looks like a good deal on the OSO classifieds. All earlier Cigs have great cabins with a separate pump-out enclosed head and can handle any rough water.

Nice boat, but its a pretty small market that would be interested on a resale.

Another vote for the 33 PP in the classifieds. There is big difference between 40k for 5050's Bullet and 75k for the PP though. It all depends on what you want and what you want to spend.

I've gotten 9 calls since thursdays posting in Boat Trader. One deposit is supposed to be here on monday... At asking price.... Small but potent.
